To help us provide a seamless service, we kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

This will allow us to ensure a smooth and relaxing experience for you and our other valued guests.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, so if you anticipate being late or need to cancel, we kindly ask for a quick courtesy call.

By informing us in advance, we can make necessary adjustments and better accommodate everyone's schedules.

To better serve you, we kindly ask all guests to provide a credit card number on file when making reservations.

If you need to make any changes, please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service price, and within 24 hours or no-shows or cancellations will be charged the full price to your credit card or gift card.

Our talented technicians allocate their valuable time for your appointment, and a last-minute cancellation means they cannot assist another guest who may have wanted your spot, resulting in a loss of earnings.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

We are continuously improving our scheduling process, and soon, we will introduce a deposit system for services. This will further enhance your experience and ensure a seamless process for both you and our dedicated team.
