A credit card on file is required to secure bookings. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee, and within 24 hours or no-shows are charged in full. Our team reserves this time exclusively for you, and late changes affect their schedule and earnings.

For services 1 hour or longer, a 25% deposit can be made in person, by phone, or via e-transfer. This ensures your appointment is held and helps us deliver the exceptional service you expect.
